Reset User
This option is used to reset a user's details, if for any reason the user's access becomes disabled.

Prerequisites
- To allow access, the "User Password" and "Profile Status" fields and the correct Prevar and Sysvar settings must be setup.

Field Information
The window displays information about the user.
Note: The Secret Question can be used in case of a telephone request for a reset to ensure that the user making the request is the correct user.
This fields displays the operator code.
This field displays the login name the employee uses to access the account.
To reset password, enter a new password.
This field displays the status of the account. In order to reset a user's access, just change the status to 'Enabled'.
This field displays the employee's ID number.
This field displays the full name of the employee.
This field displays the employee's birthday.
This field displays the employee's address details.
This field displays the state of the employee's address.
This field displays the post code of the employee's address.
These fields display the secret question that the user chose when he/she accessed the account for the first time.
